Afghan & International Catering

As a young girl growing up in Kabul, Afghanistan, Masuda Rahmati was always captivated by her beloved mother’s homemade meals. She would often find herself in the kitchen, watching her cook with admiration. From those early years, her passion for cooking was born. To Masuda, food is edible art—an expression of creativity, culture, and love. Over the past 20 years, she and her husband have had the privilage to serve the U.S. Military, Corporations and many private events, ranging from 50  to 500 guests. The Afghan dishes are crafted with fresh ingredients, fragrant herbs, and exotic spices, hold a special place in the hearts of many guests from around the World.  For Masuda, cooking is absolute freedom. While life is full of rules and regulations, her kitchen is the centeral place where she has abolished them. She loves reinventing traditional Afghan dishes, making them healthier and infusing them with international influences. Masuda says,  "There are no boundaries—only endless possibilities. Experimenting with flavors, techniques, and fusions is not just my passion; it’s my joy."
